jmb3450's Journal, 25 Jan 19

223.8 lbs. A little bump up after the show and buffet last night. I stuck with smart food choices and avoided the sugars/carbs, so I will call it a success.

I need to get back to strength/resistance training a couple times a week, and cardio 3 days a week which is important since I have heart disease. I have the equipment in my basement to do it at home, just haven't done it for a while. Starting today that changes.

Sticking to the smart foods is definitely a success. Please follow through with the exercise, 15 minutes of strength/resistance training and 15 minutes of cardio is so doable. It is so good to see you posting again, welcome back.
