I never thought I'd be here in a million years...anybody close to 300lbs (i was 273 at my heaviest) just take it a day at a time, set mini goals and focus on those and it'll happen before you know it!!! <3
90.3 kg Lost so far: 33.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Awesome congrats! I was 271 tips was down to 198... Then injuries and sad to say a year and half later I'm up to 252 again. Reading your post gave me a smile... Recommitting to a healthier me. Thank you!
