Well this was another shock, considering the week of eating I've had and how all over the place the scale has been. Hopefully I can keep this up so I can reach my goal by my birthday! Surely I can lose 8 pounds in 10 weeks!
60.4 kg Lost so far: 15.8 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Maybe you think you ate a lot but your body is now accustomed to less so it really was not a lot

I don’t know I’m thinking....cause some days I eat soooo much that I think I don’t get how I ever ate more ? 🤔😰

Mine was more about the food choices. Lots of salt (chips, bacon). My fiber still isn't where it should be, consistently. However, the fact I added some carbs back in and am losing is proof that carbs aren't the enemy, at least not for me!

Good loss! I’m sure you can get to target before your birthday! It’s my birthday 3 months today and I’m aiming to lose 27 lbs 😱😱 Keep going, you’re doing great!!🤗

GG, I think you're doing fantastic! Our goals are realistic and we're doing what it takes, so I believe we will be where we want to be by our birthdays! I realized earlier this year that I didn't want to be 50 and fat! I want to be 50 and fit! I want folks to be surprised that I'm 50! We can do this!!
