So... stepped on the scale a day early to this huge surprise! Got today and tomorrow OFF - hoping to spend some time with my youngest daughter, back from China for the summer! Gonna be a great day!
100.2 kg Lost so far: 68.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
