Good Tuesday morn..decided to bite the bullet an catch up on weigh in again...just a minor setback..on the plus side when I take sling off to do exercise...able to move it more..even used it to pull pants up...might not sound like much...but every accomplishment is a good sign for me...

Right now weight isn’t my main thing...healing is...be nice at end of month to show dr what a determined 70 year old man...having worse case this year is capable of...

Today is a session of therapy...then Thursday an Friday...

Another summer day..75 already...air kicking on again...chance of showers this afternoon..like we need it

Well breakfast is over and need to get up and move...
