Good Wednesday morning...had a great session in therapy yesterday...but waking up are today..guess that’s good..just nearly hurting..gonna take some ibuprofen when I finish the journal..

Sister treated me to a Dairy Queen chocolate shake yesterday...she had to twist my arm...that’s my story and I’m sticking to it..it was good after therapy...

Been watching bright side on you tube... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=latoD85P-7o&feature=share ..thought it was a good one to watch..

No big plans today..heat advisory until Thursday nite..stay in..stay cool...

Might ride recumbent bike if I get bored...need to work off all that sugar from yesterday...

Breakfast is gone...as is the green tea to...time to take the vitamins..
