Good Monday morning...got rain showers last night..so tv says..once I lay head on pillow...good luck on waking me up..less its time to drain a kidney...

Have changed eatin alittle....got off meat..just couldn’t stand taste of it any longer...but still trying to stay under 30 carbs per day...went over yesterday getting into the routine of things...call it my cheat day...

New loveseat here at 9am or so...looking forward to being able to recline feet for a change...guess I miss that...

Need to get some leg movement to day as well...ret day yesterday plus just seemed like knees didn’t want to bend..one of. Ten days..

Went to walmart. Yesterday and stocked for another week...

For anyone that’s had rotator cuff healing...does the dull pain where you neeed ibprophen or something ever quit or will I always have this feeling
