My problem is that I am not dieting. With my activity level and my normal way of eating (LOWER carb, moderate protein and moderate fat), I have a hard time keeping my weight up without eating junk food ,which I don’t do. I eat very well, just not calorie dense, and I eat real food and at least three meals a day. Not a big snacker. That’s why I am on FS— monitoring nutrition.

If you don’t want to lose anymore maybe try adding some carb heavy veggies. That might help

Hi CrashtestDawnie—— I don’t do Keto. I do A loose 50% carbs— 35-40% fats and the rest protein. Carb wise it amounts to about 150 grams. I don’t often make it to my RDI because I just cannot eat anymore in one day. This has been my normal WOE for about 25 years and believe me, it has served me well health wise. I typically burn off a lot of calories swimming and walking or hiking. It’s hard to consume a lot of calorie dense foods without getting into the realm of junk food and that has never been my thing. So I just keep tracking my macros and more importantly my micros and try to keep everything going. Thank you for your I,put.
