Tonight we get stuffed peppers but without breadcrumbs! We used extra eggs to keep them together and make them more keto!

Looks good, I added egg, chopped water chestnuts, 1T oatmeal to hold my meatballs together then baked them.

When you use eggs do you use the yolk or separate it?

I use crushed pig skins in place of bread.

I use fled seeds powder instead of bread - 1 teaspoon for 1/2 a kilogram 😊

My family used to do them like amandakane’s we held them together with eggs and used rice in them with onions and beef and sometimes sausage and put tomato purée or sauce on the top. I think my parents had some Greek neighbors when we were growing up. My dad loved them. He would even eat them after they’d been frozen and defrosted. 😝I was never a fan of peppers though.
