PURGING THE OLD:

I needed to create some shelf room in our closet for new winter gear and FINALLY got up the nerve to get rid of my pre-Fat Secret (circa 2014-2015) 40" waist golf shorts.

I have on my new normal size shorts made up of sweat pants type material inside the golf shorts and still these 40'ers are pretty big. Donated these and the other 7 or 8 pair to goodwill, so someone can get some good use out of them.

I am hoping that with what I have found here at FS I will never need these again...

Awe thnx good buddies, we are all in this together....:-) We donated all the shorts and some shirts to the local charity 2nd hand store...lots of life left in them for someone.

You are an inspiration to us all. If I can get the nerve and can find a pretty dress, I may post a New Year's Eve photo. I usually avoid cameras .Oh, sorry for typing too quickly the other day. I meant to type "strut" yourself over...

That was a shocker SW, I really hadn't realized how much of a size change there was till then, sure the numbers had changed but the visual and space change was so much more real for me...made my day :)

Thnx Gburwash, CMF and AJT...for a long time I kept them around "just in case". That concern has been gone for some time, I do like my program, certainly does not feel like I'm dieting, just much more mindful of real intake and real expenditures.

Hey SW, The "blue tape" is my tee shirt...you'd see the other side too, but it's covered by my phone. Thnx Misty, hope you, hubby and kids are doing Okay...

Thnx Glen, maintenance is sometimes easy and sometimes hard...but well worth it for my peace of mind in regards to long term health which for sure I can't take for granted.
