Woke at 216.4, down 3.0 from yesterday. Targeting about 1700 calories today. UPDATE: Was doing great on my plan throughout the work day, and then Denise and Jason invited me to the pub for dinner. Ate way too many chicken wings (but without sauce) and a half a chef salad. Blew past my calorie target! But ended the day at 215.2.

Oooo, wish I was there to help on the judging ;) I did judge two pieces of my dearest's home baked Blueberry pie yesterday and she placed First in class, wink, wink. Oh ya, logged both pieces of the pie and was still under the RDI wire.

A good thing about maintenance is that somewhere along the journey we learn how to make things workout. You guys are great examples of how it's done. This web site and the people on it make the journey enjoyable...
