Got back from my Friday-Saturday out of down trip at noon today. Weighed 220.4, up 4.6 from Friday's waking weigh in. Ate dinner out both nights and also indulged in a half an apple and about three cups of air popped popcorn. Plus a lot of soda, nuts, and other sodium rich foods. I did not feel well all weekend but promised to be there and I was glad I went. But I did have to fight off fevers, which I have to keep an eye on. I forgot my Lasix prescription until just a while ago (5:30 pm). I just took one and we'll see what happens. UPDATE: Been moving quite a bit of water tonight, every 25 minutes at times. Back to 215.6 by the end of the day. Will continue tomorrow. Still have two days of the chemo pills before I'm off them for a few weeks. I should drop even more water when they are gone. Had a great dinner but only hit 1443 calories today so I'm caught up to my calorie average. Tomorrow is scheduled to be a fasting day. Let's see how we do.
