Woke at 222.6, up 5.6 from yesterday. Weird. Had a low carb 1739 calorie day with lots of good movement through the bod. Can only be the bulk of dinner still with me. Will fast until dinner and eat 600 calories. UPDATE: Came home at 10 pm after working late and hadn't eaten. Got a 220.6 weigh in. Crazy. Ate my 600 calories, did some Internet, and went to bed. Targeting 2030 calories tomorrow.
