Woke at 223.2, up 3.0 from yesterday. Just a matter of stuff going in and nothing coming out. Will push lots of fluids today. Targeting 2095 calories. UPDATE: Without getting too graphic, suffice to say this was the most challenging day of constipation and eventual relief that I can remember. Next week is my last week of the med drip and it’s not a moment too soon. Weighed 219.4 before dinner and still have way too much water in me. I was so drained by dinnertime that I didn't feel like real food, so I whipped up an old favorite -- faux ice cream with frozen strawberries, sesame tahini, and vanilla protein powder. Macros be damned! Going to end up 573 calories under today’s target. Bonus. Now it’s time for some comforting hot green tea.

That sucks Bill...if it's any consolation I'm experiencing the same thing this Saturday night. I'm at the high end of my weight range and feeling bloated.... I think it's from a combination of carb (glycogen) re-load and sodium, still feels not good. Hope your's "moves on" soon, take care mate!!

All good Bill, back to almost normal very quickly. I'm working the pre ski season get ready program (less than 80 days till first big back country trip)..some days are a little intense (146 avg HR, 182 max hr over 1:05)...lots of HIIT and recovery time. Hit two alltime PB's in the last two weeks also...very surprised.
