Woke at 220.2, up 7.4 from yesterday. I'm sure the majority of that is simply the bulk of food still in my gut from dinner! Will eat 600 cal today. And will probably not eat until dinner. UPDATE: Fasted for 24 hours and then started cooking a cauliflower pizza (see the Draglist Delights forum entry for the recipe). Came out great. Weighed 219.0 before eating. Ridiculous constipation that I'm trying to fix with a little red wine and laxatives. Maybe better in the morning. Two pieces of pizza and some cracked pepper turkey for 620 calories. Deal!
