Hey Bill, I've got a work-around for posting shared recipes and food items. Add ingredients to your favorite foods to make a meal item to get macros and other totals, then enter as new food into dbase (adjusting portion size as needed)...food added needs to be entered with a "manufacturer name" or it can't be shared. See my PM to you re DL's Fine Foods Paleo bread. :-)
