Woke at 210.4, same as yesterday. Very happy with this result after a day of meds. Just took some more so I'm hoping for the same tomorrow morning. I think I finally have the fluid/laxative mix right to offset the medicine. It's a 600 calorie IF day today. UPDATE: Med drip day two, but seem to be moving water and waste well. Ate right on 600 calorie goal with a massive salad at noon and some chicken, paleo bread, and almond butter at 8 pm. Got a 208.0 weigh in before dinner with no workout. Hoping for a sub-210 waking weight. I get all 2100 calories tomorrow! Going to try a paleo pie crust this weekend.
