This seems crazy!

I will update my food as this evening and tomorrow go by. Not sure I'll have time to respond. I'll be eating and working then having friends over. Wish me luck. Here we go.

So I'm only going to post the out of the ordinary or significant carb sources. If you want to see everything I'm eating, check my diet log.

- 2 cups berries raspberries and blueberry mixed.
- Protein shake with one frozen banana and 20 gr of dextrose, maltodextrin, and sucrose (5 gr of it)
- 4 cups sugar crisp.
- 4 slices white bread
- 2 bagel
- 14 rice cakes
- 1 cup dry oats soaked over night with 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 roll sweetarts
- slice of lemon meringue pie
- salt and vinegar pop chips (oops, salt)
- another 2 cups of sugar crisp
- lasagna
- 2.5 cups penne noodle

880 gr scheduled so far through the end of Saturday. I have to find another 300 gr of carbs somewhere!

I love berries of all kinds. So good. Raspberries are off my bushes. I'm hoping to get 30+ gallons this year and then hoping for about 15 gallons of wild huckleberries. @April. I'm not sure how many cycles. I'm hoping for 3 as a cut. I've been reading up about it and the same idea can be used with higher calories for maintenance with a lot of the benefits. I'm committed to at least 2 cycles to see what happens.

Lol. Yeah once a month lmao. Let's see, yesterday I ate about 6-800 more cals than u and about 100 more carbs. Thank you TOM. sorry if that is TMI but it's what I do. Now, I will reverse and be fine it's like a Yo Yo but... Thanks to you now though, as soon as I get cranky, I'm going to start the glycogen depletion and prepare for the load... That seems healthier. I just started the weights in March so still newbie. But what u r doing seems about right, I have read a lot of what hard core builders do and what u r doing seems familiar.

Cool. I lift alone. I have little to no contact with other lifters, but I read incessantly, and love to learn. Interesting playing with my 'chemistry set'.

Is it normal for your eyeballs to feel like they're sweating? lol I once read an article by a fellow lifter who said the only thing he hates about dieting is not being able to eat when he wants to and having to eat when he doesn't. @Emmy. LOLOLOL sorry, the eyeballs sweating comment killed me! The only time I have ever had my eyes feel like that is when I drank about 10 blackberry daiquiri's in two hours because it was hot and they were frozen and went down like kool-aide, felt like my eyeballs were sweating and I could not feel my feet......it all went downhill from there!
