Woke at 209.8, down .2 from yesterday. Did not get to work out but ate lower than target. Any waking weight under 210 works for me at this point. Targeting 1470 calories. Hoping to get in a workout tonight. UPDATE: Had a happy hour for a departing employee. Ate light but added calories and carbs from beer. No workout.

Today's Macros (in grams, rounded) (updated for April):
Targets: 100 fat, 50 net carb, 150 prot, 35 fib, 1500 sod, 1700 cals
Ate: 63 fat, 116 net carb, 120 prot, 29 fib, 1484 sod, 2088 cals (2840 used, 752 deficit)
Running avg: 75 fat, 116 carb, 142 prot, 1732 cals (3176 used, 1444 deficit)
