Woke at 210.0, down 2.8 from yesterday as the water continues to dissipate. Ate 1120 calories today so will eat 1470 tomorrow to get fully back on my 1700 per day average. Stuck on the computer and phone all day so no real exercise yet. Maybe after tonight's radio show. UPDATE: Worked until 1:15 am and never got in a workout. Only burned 2378 calories, but only ate 1120, so we still have a 1258 deficit. Did not weigh in again. Will get more exercise tomorrow, if only walking to and from work downtown.
