My goal for the week was to average under 2,000 a day. I made it down to 2,011! Considering that I’ve been eating around 3,000 a day for several months, I’m very pleased with this accomplishment. The thing I’ve been doing scale-wise is that I wrote 149 in big letters on a card and put it over the display on the digital scale. Every day, I still get on the scale and visualize my delight at only weighing 149. I lost 2 pounds this week. My goal is to reach 149 by August 15, 2024. I have 21 weeks left to get there, and I’ll be losing at least 2.5 pounds a week. I’m walking 6 miles a day now, which burns almost 700 calories, and I’m eating healthy, nutritious foods. I’m 100% in this! Praise the Lord for creating the Law of Attraction which I’m tapping into in order to change my life in every area.
