jenjabba, Yesterday was my second time walking 6 miles. After I had done 5, my feet and legs started cramping up. I got some Gatorade, waited a couple of hours, and finished out that last mile. I THINK it might have been because I had drunk a whole gallon of water, though, and perhaps it depleted my electrolytes. Going for "just" six bottles of water today (3/4 gallon). Thanks for your encouragement MorticiaAddams and CrystalJo74!
