Woke at 212.2, down one pound from this time yesterday. And that's just six hours after stuffing the last of 2800 calories into me! Loving the new WOE. Have an executive breakfast this morning at the Willard Hotel. May allow a few extra treat items onto my plate from that outstanding executive chef... I will have plenty of time to adjust today. Happy hour at Morton's Steak House. I have my wife and son joining me for that and dinner. UPDATE: Back home after a wonderful dinner, drinks, and dessert. The portions were huge so that's what I put into the log. Dead tired at 10:45 pm so I'm going to hit the sack and adjust tomorrow! PS. 220.2 lbs... EIGHT pounds of fun in one day!
