198.4 lbs this morning, I made the trip to NY and back with a loss which is a first. Now got to stop fooling around and lose these last few lbs, get to goal finally and move on from there.

It's a reassuring accomplishment to know you can exert control and stay on plan even when outside of your usual routine and comfort zone . . . good practice for 'maintenance'!
