Draglist's Journal, 03 Aug 15

Well, best laid plans and all. I'm attending a week long conference at the Gaylord Convention Center at National Harbor in DC. It's catered and nicely. Ate fresh fruit, oatmeal, a banana, and two hard boiled eggs for breakfast. Then had grilled chicken, roast beef, and roasted vegetables for lunch. Came in the door to some more grilled chicken and a huge salad. So, ended up at 2200 plus calories. All good stuff, though. I will ensure I don't go crazy for the rest of the week and I will hit my 1830 per day average this month. Woke at 217.2 and ended at 218.4. Did my radio interview show so no workout tonight. Need sleep more.

One of the biggest things you do is document everything you eat. That helps, doesn't it?

Loved that Gaylord convention center when I went for one of our training sessions. Awesome place. Pictures don't do it justice. Good luck with this next week. I know you can do it!

Bill look at this way, the food does not seem so bad from what you read off (Its not fast food or pizza)and think of it as your personalized chef away from home, try to pretend this is a partial DIET CONVENTION AND TRY TO eat within calorie range. Good healthy food being personally delivered to you!!!!! Enjoy the convention. I think I speak for all the fatsecret members, we all love hearing about your adventures, it takes the boredom out of dieting!!!!

I wish I had your motivation to do HIIT. I will get there but it will take time.

Your food choices for the day were good. Sleep could be an issue, at least it seems to be that way for me, if I'm really burning the candle at both ends losing weight seems to be more difficult. Hope you get some rest.

Your meals sound so healthy that I wouldn't worry about the calories. You might be surprised and finish up weighing less. Lack of sleep will put on weight. It is proven. You just need to have some relaxing time .. no stress.
