Woke at 220.2 after a big party day that included desserts and beers. Will eat very light today and tomorrow to get back on track. My plan is to get back on track within three days if I exceed my calorie goal. That will make for a very light Sunday and Monday, but that allowed a party Saturday. Time for a 4-mile HIIT walk/run around the neighborhood as it's in the low 80s. UPDATE: Finished a five mile HIIT walk/run. Always a harder workout than my treadmill. More fun, too. Averaged a 12 minute, 59 second per mile pace and averaged 132 bpm with a peak of 176 during one of the sprints. Can't touch that on the treadmill. Hit 216.8 afterwards and a 1.3 pound gain in body fat since yesterday. That's to be expected. Denise grilled some marvelous chicken and zucchini to help the cause! Ended up at 1028 calories.

Do you have a certain area you run in, say a park or a bike run? I am imagining you running on city sidewalks. Either place is interesting. You certainly have a handle on your weight gain, loss, etc. Always fascinating how you get your results.

Sounds wonderful! I loved those areas when we lived nearer DC when I was a kid and visiting my mom in later years when she lived up that way.

Denise sounds like a great cook, Along with LettyGaylor-FS Member, If I had a couple thease ladies as my personal chef, I would be in great shape for Dinner!!!!- Monday is a new start for all of us and By Friday hopefully we will be thinner!

Your street sounds like a nice place to get out and walk/run. I always enjoy getting outside far more than walking/riding indoors, even if it's just the parking garage at work when the weather is bad. Joining you in some light eating to start the week, let's do this!
