Woke at 209.8. Didn't get on the treadmill last night. Opted for 8 hours of sleep which is feeling like the right choice! Targeting 1830 calories today. ate a little extra at a happy hour but not bad.

I am working out every other day for 1 1/2 hours so not happy with small amount of weight loss. Maybe I need to start on the HCG again.
