Woke at 210.6 and ended at 210.2. Four hours' sleep last night and worked late tonight, so ate dinner before treadmill. Even if I get on, it will be at a lower speed to get my steps and distance goals in. Busy week at work and a few farewell happy hours will be a challenge, but the real challenge will be my sister Nancy and her chef boyfriend Zak visiting this weekend. I likely will overeat, but will do my best to stick to my protein macros and limit carbs and sodium.

Your post yesterday actually contained the big secret: drink lots. Ever notice that thin people are usually filling up on coffee, tea, or water all day? When has anyone ever seen a tiny Asian snack? Exactly. They say that weight loss is 80% the food we eat, 20% the exercise. Love seeing your numbers decline!
