I did it!
I really did it. I went out for my 1st run in I don't know how long. LB took Ash gundog training and I had an hour to spare. So I got changed, started the app and music and off I went. I ended running 3 more minutes than planned but as I got a little lost in the woods I decided it would take too long if I just walk. A little stiff now but #awesome :)
