Did 6.2 in 91 minutes and the heat was brutal. Happy with time.Took 45 minutes to cool off.

Best Damn Race Cape Coral in December in Florida. Great course..pancake flat. Upscale area. My husband will run the companion marathon. Highly recommend. Yesterday was miserably humid and hot. Think I had a little heat stroke. Everyone including the elites were dying. My face was red for two hours. Whew.

My mom looked at my race pictures and said no more weight loss. I am a recovered anorexia. Can go overboard with this. You can be too thin at 67.
