I had mine removed in June, 2021. I remember I wasn't supposed to lift more than 10 pounds for at least a month.. That's a lot of walking! Is that your own goal or the doctor's? My doctor has advised me to walk (or exercise) a minimum of 30 minutes at least 5 times a week. I do try to do more

I had mine out Feb 27, 2023 no lifting over 10 pounds for four weeks which is hard when your job is in a hardware store and almost everything that comes through your cash is more then 10 pounds healing well though just have to pace myself and remember to relax
