I do not wart to go below 260 lbs or I will be too thin. I have to begin eating more healthy fats and more protein to maintain my current weight.

I am very close to goal weight . 175 less ~20-25lbs of loose empty skin = 150 lbs. I have now lost 1/2 my starting body weight of 350+ lbs (326 at start of FatSecret). It feels really Really good. My whole life has changed for the better.

Gall bladder removed Friday Feb 24,23. I have to gradually build up daily walk to 60-90 minutes. Starting today with 15min out, 15min back.
