I am very close to goal weight . 175 less ~20-25lbs of loose empty skin = 150 lbs. I have now lost 1/2 my starting body weight of 350+ lbs (326 at start of FatSecret). It feels really Really good. My whole life has changed for the better.

79.4 kg Lost so far: 77.6 kg. Still to go: 13.2 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.4 kg a Week
