Hi! congrats on your success! i briefly glanced at your profile (because we are similar weights) and noticed your 5'7 with a goal of 113 which is classified as underweight, with a history of anorexia? Is your weightloss being monitored by a doctor? I just want to make sure you're being healthy.... have a great day :)

I also think you goal of 113 for your height is too low. It's just my opinion, but have you consulted with someone?

Congratulations! What I wouldn't give to weigh 116! You should be very proud of your hard work.

How I did it...one day at a time in Overeaters Anonymous...I weigh and measure my food, I do not eat flour and sugar every, I have a defined food plan with specific amounts, I have a digital scale which I always use. I never eat out. I go to at least one OA meeting everyday on line, I have a sponsor who is "abstinent" in OA...I do not eat "alcoholic foods" ...foods that light up...like alcohol and drugs light up for the addict...if we do not pick up the first one we do not have to pick up the thousandth one...and I weigh the food ..not me...trust the process..read OA literature, get on these meetings and listen to incredible stories of recovery. Stay grateful. The disease of compulsive overeating is 100% treatable..unable many other kinds of disease that kill us..this will kill us too but recovery is within our grasp. Please friends. check out OA.or try a meeting...you will be amazed and encouraged...Best and Love Dianne

that's awesome. I weigh everything too. it's so hard though. I often have to go to work functions that are an entire day. I have food allergies too. so work " provides" the food. and it's not always the healthiest. most recent we had a summit at a movie theatre. they had a small salad ( like the size of my hand) and popcorn and then a bunch of fat filled stuff I couldn't eat. so I had popcorn and salad. It was a 9 hour seminar.
