Time to pay the piper after doubling my RDI yesterday with a huge celebration dinner and snacks with my sister in town. Woke at 204.8 with a giant belly and a headache from all the extra food I'm not used to eating. Will do a food detox today and then enjoy a Brazilian steak house tonight. Probably won't get on the treadmill again tonight. I think I'm going to have to start recovering on Monday, April 6.

Oh those Brazilian Steak Houses are good good good ... watch out. Had the same thing yesterday, probably nearly doubled my RDI ... luckily no damage ... yet. Knowing you, you will get it off in no time.

OMG 20 lbs is a lot, I'm sure it's a lot of water weight and just a bit of fat but damn, that's a big difference for just a few days. You are like a sponge my friend.
