Woke at 198.0, but only slept two hours last night. Mind busy with another new job. Will be teaching a class for two days, so no refrigeration means protein bars and almonds (but adding an apple today)! I did sneak into the office early to add coconut oil to a Venti Americano! Targeting 1975 calories today. I will not work out tonight after sleeping 5, 5, and 2 hours over the last three days. Have a good one!

I feel for you Bill, I finally got a good night sleep last night, I even skipped one of my favorite shows Person of Interest. I got three major projects to finish Thursday's Day End, & Then want to restart redoing the entire filing room

I've always struggled with sleeping, especially when I am going through changes in my life - good or bad. Congrats on the new job and try to rest so you can re-energize! Have a great day!

Oh my word! You need to get some rest. I felt like I had just gone to sleep when I woke up but I got way more than 2 hours. Don't burn out!!

I woke up with a kink in my neck and couldn't go back to sleep very easily either. Hang in there. Great job maintaining.

I have gotten maybe 10 hours total in the last four days!!!!! =(

get a lunch box and add a small fridge block package. Stuff that I always carry with me are: boiled eggs at least 2 in a plastic container to eat the whites, broccoli, snow peas, 7 baby carrots, almonds I buy in bulk and individual wrap them in set of 12 also string cheese, pumpkin sunflower pistachios in a 100 calorie portion I try to eat max 2 portions of nuts a day. jerky etc...
