Woke at 199.8 after another no workout day. Exhausted last night so went to bed early and got eight hours of sleep. Targeting 1985 calories today and will work out and do an official weigh in tonight.

Great Job Bill!!! I did ok myself on food, Did not get time to do apt walk had to work an extra 3hrs yesterday. But still did ok food intake... Check out Trader Joe Recall on walnuts via internet if you eat their waluts.

* hours but how much time restless Fitbit says? Mine is always saying 30 min restless. I'm trying to see if this is normal.
