Back in the gym after 2 1/2 years

@CrashtestDawnie - Today I am starting 3 day fast. These last two years have proved to me it is the only way I can make the scale go down (sigh) I tried *everything* else because fasting is a mental challenge that I could not bring myself to overcome during COVID.

Fasting is soo helpful 😞 I just can’t bring myself to start. You are a master at it. I’m sure your scale will be giving you some great looking numbers real soon

@CrashtestDawnie - COVID really knocked me out. I was only able to fast for the first time in 2 years only last week. Could only go one day. I seem to remember that you were able to make the scale move with low carb. But, yeah I know you have to 'mentally get there' to stick with it.
