Sunday: Had a delicious breakfast at a different Pennsylvania diner. Right on the river in beautiful downtown Harrisburg. A light lunch and then a good dinner. Not much exercise as I'm enjoying a House of Cards marathon on my new Amazon Fire TV box. It's awesome. Back to work tomorrow. Will get as close to my 1700 per day calorie average as I can by Friday.

You have a plan that works for you. :) I love the house of cards series and was disappointed in the longer than 1 year wait for the next season. Watched the American and English versions. J

Sounds like you are having a great time. I was born in Pittsburg, PA. Loved visiting my grandmother who lived in the Bethel Park area on a an acre "farm" and cousins who lived near the New York line. Beautiful areas. My grandmother was a healthy eating person way before it became popular. Soy burgers and other "exotic" food stuffs were the norm as well as goat's milk and goat's milk cheese. Culinary adventures! Great memories of the her, the restaurants, scenery, etc. Loved it up there!
