Gained some crazy water weight while overindulging this past weekend and woke up at 219.0 lbs. That included a late night carb binge that actually appears on today's food journal. Will be almost impossible to get to a 1700 calorie average by this weekend, but will get there as soon as practicable. Three protein bars today so far and some cottage cheese is planned for dinner. Will weigh in again pre-dinner, but I don't expect to lose much of this.
99 kg Lost so far: 48.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Unfortunately it goes off slower than it goes on. But you will get it off. Sounds like you had a great weekend.

You will get where you want to be eventually. You always put the hard workouts in to offset your calorie intake. Kudos!! Our mantra has to be "Don't Give Up". I will be lucky if I can not gain too much through New Years. Believe me, this time of year is a big achilles heel for me. In my world good times are hand in hand with good food :)

Your weight will come down again, I think the diner meals just caught up with you- Your weekend brought happy memories back to me- I used to get a hot turkey sandwich with mashpotatoes and gravy!!!- Mind you those types of diners cook from scratch!!!!- I will enjoy the day off, peace and quiet and try for a lower calorie day
