Morning weigh in at 200.6, down .8 from yesterday at this time. Off to work, so no post 16:8 workout or weigh in to get to the 190s again. Probably will be about the same weight after work but should be fully hydrated so will get a more accurate body fat and muscle mass reading. Targeting 1930 calories today.
