Had a nice day of eating today. Nearly hit all my target macros exactly. Needed to get my fat number up at the end of the day without adding carbs and I found some sliced Colby cheese. Score! A little high in sodium, but it did the trick. Something to think about in the future (as well as nuts). Sodium 2679. Have a great week, everyone!
