Stuffed to the gills at 7pm as I ate up all the perishables in the house. That consisted of a ton of grapes and cherries, which sent the carb number sky high again, but the bod will process them nicely. Also made some great low carb tortillas with turkey and cheddar cheese on the panini maker. Yum. Finished up the day by eating up my big bag of kale in a strawberry smoothie. I'm DONE!

after knee replacement June 4th .... I haven't been focus on low carb foods ,,, not really sure why ..... lost nicely from November 2013 till April 2014 averaging 4 lbs a month ,, started at 244 now 217 ,, anyways ,, I have been focus more on my RDI cals for awhile ,,, I still have ingrained that Certain foods need to stay away from or much smaller portions ,, i didn't have fruit before June ,, and I must say I'm enjoying them so much <3 hey <3 have a great evening <3 your encouraging <3 sweet dreams as I tell every one <3

You are doing a fantastic job over there. And you definitely have it under control. We are learning from the Master himself, every time you post I stop to look at your RDI. Your fiber intake is FANTASTIC!!! Great job all the way around.
