Morning weigh in of 204.6 again. Carb effect. Ate four cups of Greek yogurt for breakfast, each with a different combination of heathy goodies in it. Will be traveling all day, so protein bars at the ready. Have a nice Sunday!

End of day update: Ate Greek yogurt to start the day and then three protein bars while traveling. Also had an extended layover that resulted in four craft beers while doing some reading. Finally connected with my wife who had bought some delicious chocolate treats to share, which I did! A lot of walking today kept my calorie burn 100 ahead of my calorie intake. Not sure how often I will find a scale over the next week, but even when I do, it won't be the Tanita. Will be a challenge to be good on vacation. Wish me luck!

8:44PM here so yes, I had a great relaxing Sunday. I ate a lot of fruits and still feel the amazing feeling you get after eating them on a empty stomach :-)

I never thought about dividing my yogurt to mix in different items! I like it. My brain might think I'm getting more!

Okay... you've probably already seen this, but I push this stuff. It's my sinful delight. Greek yogurt with 2 tsps. of sugar free fat free pudding. If you like, can also add 1 tbs. of chia. Yummers. And if the calories are low, I get doubly evil and add redi-whip.

Never thought of this before, ClassicRocker. Will try it. I like Greek yogurt but sometimes find it too thick.
