Happy June! Morning weigh in of 201.0. Strategy for June will be to take off the Omron pedometer for the first time since August 2013. Going to use the FitBit exclusively for tracking steps and calorie burn. Comparing them for the past few weeks has shown that the FitBit indicates somewhat less of a calorie burn than the pedometer steps added to the Fatsecret RDI.

It will be hard to offer encouragement when you reach your goal weight..What fatsecret needs is a tool to notify you if people on your buddies list havent weighed in for a couple of weeks or have increased there weight by say 7 pounds, so that you can remind them of them of the good feelings they had losing there excess weight. When you hit 200 lbs you can aim for 198 lbs to round your weight off to 90Kg. Best wishes for future success
