Draglist's Journal, 31 Jan 14

Morning weigh in of 212.2 on the last day of the month. Will have left over pork roast for breakfast/lunch at noon and then an hour on the treadmill when I get home tonight in hopes of a good final weigh in for January 2014. Tomorrow begins IIFYM!
