Back up to 213.8 for a waking weigh in. Working from home again today so weight lifting workout at 11am. Will target 1100-1200 calories today.

You'll do it Draglist. I like your balance between enjoying life and still aiming to lose weight. I weigh myself morning and night and love to see the difference, mmmm if I stay in bed another 1/2 hour will another lb magically drop off? lol

LMBO! That is probably the truth! Oh! I meant to tell you I had my DH get on the Tanita before we ate dinner last night. I didn't think he would do it, but he stripped down. LMAO! I figured he would have good numbers and he aced it all! Normal and healthy body comp numbers all the way across and his metabolic age is 26!!! He turns 65 in April! Now I have to work even harder to keep up with him! :)
