Hi everyone. Back down to 216.4 after 16 hour fast and 560 calorie workout. For what it's worth, my old doctor's sliding scale came in at 213.6. SO difficult not to log that weight instead! LOL. All other numbers insignificant due to my waking state (well, waking plus a workout!) Will weigh in with full numbers before dinner. Have a great Saturday! Bill

LOLOLOL!!! I'm with you on using the scale with the "best" number! :D I still think you're doing great, Bill! Keep up the great work. I wouldn't be surprised to see a nice surge of muscle later on that Tanita, with the recent change to your workout. Muscle is heavier. :D

WTG!!! What a workout! How do you fast and work out? I'm only on my second day of my diet and trying to talk myself into exercising. Last time I waited about a week until my body became adjusted to not eating as much--LOL. I'm with you on the scale--I always use the same (my own), but dang, so tempting to use another--LOL. Wow - 10 grade on the treadmill I can do no prob - but not at 4mph. Good for you. And way to go on the loss. Always a good feeling, isn't it? Have a great day!
