Well, my SHORT happy hour turned into a LONG happy hour and I'm writing this at 1:00 am on Friday! Didn't even bother weighing in last night but will bite the bullet and do it in the morning. No workout today, but 275 calories on the pedometer. Had a fabulous pot luck celebration at the office, the calories of which I tried to capture faithfully. That plus the happy hour drinks had me up in the 3600 calorie range. Can you say mid week indulgence? Cheers, mates!
