No additional loss this morning after a 1200 calorie day and 405 calorie workout (plus 260 other calories per my pedometer). In fact, up to 211.0 from 210.3. Will fast until 2pm, then have some goodies at our office holiday party followed by a short happy hour. Will try to stay between 1200-1500 calories for the day and hope for a whoosh by tomorrow morning.

I bet you any thing that most of that is fluid..and your right it should be gone soon...You know you can't gain fat over night...Hope you enjoyed the party...Bren
